your best best it to find a car that is being parted out and take everything from it that you would need.

You Need A Lot Of Random Small Pieces. You Can Go On Subaru Oem Parts.com ( Any Of Those Oem Websites) And Pullup The Center Console Diagram In Parts And Itll Show U Mostly Everything You Need. Bunch Of Plastics And Brackets.

dont you need the Hvac module and dash too? the older WRX kinda hangs over the shift aria. the new one sweeps smoothly up and everything is different. you basically need to completely gut the car and install the new interior.

The hvac stuff is only different for automatic/electronically controlled,
you would have to do a whole lot more work for any of that to go in properly.

The surrounding parts for the headunit/hvac and metal mounting bracket behind it.
Center console, two sides, shifter trim, newer ebrake handle with the back half swapped with the older one.

The metal side plates for the headunit is also different between the two styles.
And if you want your ebrake mounted with 3 bolts, you would need to tack weld the driver's side mount in place.

Like someone else said before, taking it all out of an intact parts car would be easiest.
