Default Traction Control light illuminated, along with hill assist light.

Hey everyone I have a 2012 WRX with: Stage 2 accessport, turboback exhaust, cobb recirculating valve, Grimspeed air oil seperator, cobb light weight pully, cobb intake, cobb turbo inlet, and cobb boost control solenoid. I have some suspension mods as well. First I know there are similar threads with this topic, but most talk about ABS issues which I do not have, so hear me out. I have had this issue for about a year now, so I know this is not a temporary issue. A year ago I launched my car from a dead stop, at that moment the traction control light and the hill assist deactivated light illuminated solid yellow. they never turn off. I have reflashed my ECU, unhooked my battery, I even replaced my brake pedal sensor switch. I have tried all the easy fixes. the car is not in limp mode, I can launch it if i want and all that, Ive had no issues with the ABS from what i can tell, Just the traction control and hill assist.

No history or pending codes?
What kind of scan gauge did you use?

The traction control system uses the wheel sensors as the main input for information. Go through and make sure the sensors are there and the wiring is intact.
