Default best way to get water stains off STI seats

I've discovered that I have a few water stains on my back seats. It's on the black outer portions of the seats. I tried taking a damp rag and dabbing at them with little avail. Someone said the best way to make them look brand new is to shampoo them. What's the best stuff to use that will not ruin the blue Alcantara as well.

I would like to avoid taking the car to a detail shop and pay a lot of money to have someone else do something I can do at home.

Thanks for the help.

your rear seats aren't made with alcantara. if it were me i'd try a little shampooing on a little section to see if it works.

Thanks, I'll head up to the store in a bit and try this out. It's mainly on the outer black parts anyway so it shouldn't be to big of an issue.

Prestone Interior Cleaner with Odor Remover. Hands down this stuff works amazing. I've used it in my old Subaru, in my girlfriends STI, and in my 20TH on my Recaros. Works like a charm. It comes in a Red can with a Brush attached to the top, or they have a Yellow can which is their Extra Strength version.
