Yeah. It reclines, locks, raises and lowers. The lever that locks the recline is a bit close to the frame so I need to do some triming. The issue is the pass seat has the low side in the right which is the side most of the controls are on making it a chalange. May want to look at all that stuff if you find a donor chair. Also, the seat is thick compaired to most office chairs so it won't drop as low as some of us may like. My plywood is right on the springs so there's not much more room to be had as far as lowering without using sheet steel and or a lower hight base (keeping eyes peeled for both). But the plate would only give about another .25-.50 in out of the seat. I have two bases, one is nearly 1.5 in lower but the wheels suck, there's no recline lock, and the spring is softer so its a tossup. It is lower though which I like. At work I sit higher but at home I lounge more so well see.

Can you just sell me the seats? I'll be glad to take them off your hands.

Lol I'm sure you would. But for me to sell these and have to source another set would probably be outside of your price range. ;-)

Nice, about six months back we fixed a wrecked 07 2.5i, and one of the seat airbags went off.
Since the seat was then useless, I took it apart, got the cover sewed, cut out the airbag, taped it up, and put the cover back on.
I was then given an old office chair, but haven't had the time to finish it.
So the seat has just been resting on the base for a little while, really want to get it done, and this is inspiring haha.
