Nice! I'm running 245/40 AD08R's currently, I got them brand new, never mounted with the wheels. I wanted 255/40 RE-11's but decided to try out the AD08R's instead. Already waiting for them to get worn down so I can jump to 255's....

Looks great! How tight is the clearance for the brembos?

I want to pick up a set of the 18x9.5s, but they're only available in +48 for 5x100.

I've got those exact wheels (SA-15Rs) on my 2011 WRX sedan in the 18x9.5 +48 fitment. They're close to hitting the front strut on the inside, but will clear the strut and STI Brembos with a 3mm spacer. That's with a 265/35 tire. I ran those wheels for a year without a rear fender roll, when I had 255/35 tires, but finally rolled the rear fenders when I put 265 tires on this Fall. I would occasionally get very minor rubbing with the 255s and un-rolled rear fenders.

Awesome, thank you so much for answering my question and adding the info about the fenders!

If you have any pictures from when you had the setup, you should add them to the thread

I test fitted an 18x9 et36 Wedsport SA-55M wheel on my STI swapped Saabaru. It didn't fit.
The combination of 05-07 STI widetrack full suspension, Brembo's and wagon fenders makes wheel selection quite a bit smaller.

I also have camber plates on the front struts. They are set for -2.5 Degree's of camber and that wheel was still not going to fit in the fender and definitely not with a properly sized tire (255/35R18). :P

Luckly the wheel I test fitted was just an incorrect size that was sent to me as my replacement wheel. Suppose to be an 18x8.5 et50 which fits just perfectly.

Here's a full pic of my car.

Just found out the hard way that the SA-15R 18x9.5 +48 will not fit on my 13 WRX. Even with 3mm spacer, I can barely slide a piece of paper between the wheel and strut.

So, future buyers beware...

Looks great! I couldn't believe how light they are either. Can't beat TC105N's in the size and fitment for the price!

Finally got the correct sized replacement wheel.

I have all 5 wheels up for sale if anyone is interested.
18x8.5, 50mm Offset, 5x114.3, Custom Gold Powdercoat from Wedsport
Clear Brembo's easily, fit on any 05-17 STI and even the 15+ WRX.
Asking $1700obo

Cracked wheel is the Bottom Left Wheel.

I'm kinda relunctant to sell them as they are beautiful wheels but I don't "need" expensive wheels for daily driving (OEM STI BBS wheels are my track day wheels now) but I will run them this summer if they don't sell.

Throwback :
