I suppose drilling out the holes is another operation and an added cost.

Fun fact both my RPF1 and SA25r both come with 5x100 cast on the back of the wheel. They must use the same casting and open the holes up later.

What color do you plan on powdercoating? I think the tc105x looks great in gold like the Subie team used a few years ago in competition
Yeah, 5x100. Yeah, I'm having them done in gold, I can't get away from that color combo. I've tried a few times with silver and white, but keep coming back to gold.

Thanks, they're older Muteki SR48s "Burned Blue" color. They're getting a little bit faded, but not too bad yet

How's the inbound clearance on those? I've debated them for my 05 STi since I love the TC105N but didn't want to commit due to the fender rolling required. Just recently saw they had a +45 that piqued my interest.

Veeeeeery tight

It's probably about 3/16" in the front and about 1/8" in the rear.

RCE T2s with lowering plates in the front canted for caster/camber with 10mm spacers in front. Cusco camber plates in the rear with a bit of clearancing the strut tower and camber plate in order to get max inboard adjustment (the springs have almost no clearance to the towers). The rear knuckles are adjusted to max positive camber position (T2s are slotted) to clear the tires. If I hadn't measured off of my previous setup I probably would've just gone with 265s.

I need to spend some more time on the rear quarters and final alignment, but it looks like it's going to work.

What's up everyone. I love seeing all the pics of TC105X wheels. They make every Subie look awesome. Still got my 17x9 +35 set on my Blobeye Wagon.

This past weekend I got the chance to take one of my TC105X wheels to a friends place where they just put a big Stoptech ST-60 Trophy BBK on their Time Attack 2011 Hatch WRX. Big ol 6pot Calipers and 355mm Rotors.

The team has some 17x10 Konig Hypergrams that actually go over this big BBK so it go me wondering if Weds "Racing" wheel also had the clearance. To my surprise, they go over them too. Just barely with the tightest clearance being between the tallest point on the caliper to the inside of the wheel barrel. Plenty of spoke clearance and plenty of room for stick on wheel weights. Start saving up my pennies now. I've never had good brakes on track with my STI 4pots and all the fixings (Carbotech XP12/10 Pads, SS Lines, RBF600 Fluid, and soon to add Titanium pad shims and brake ducting) so these big Stoptechs are my end goal for my HPDE activities.
