Subaru Stars Check engine light comes right back on after delete!?

Hello Subaru enthusiasts. I have a tricky one for you today and I will get right into it.

So I just bought this 2010 Impreza Wagon with 2.5L SOHC non turbo. The check engine light was on due to P0028 P0420 and P0031. I drove the car home, ordered new parts and got them all replaced and installed. Those parts were both O2 sensors (front and back) new catalytic converter and both VVT solenoids. Got everything connected and fired my car for a first time after the new parts were installed. Check engine light came on right away, so I used OBD II scanner to delete those error codes and things seem to be fine but as soon as I get on the highway the check engine light comes right back on and every time it gives me those same error codes, however this time it's also giving me an error code P0607. Has someone had any similar issue with their Subie that can give me some guidance how to proceed at this point?

I need about 3 minutes to get on a highway and as soon as I start ramping up the RPM's and speed, the check engine light comes on. If I am on the highway and I delete the codes while driving then they come back on right away.

What really is confusing me is the short period of time before they reappear on the dash. Plus in addition to that is the fact that all those components that were found to be malfunctioning by the computer were replaced with new parts. And finally how calm they all reappear together? It's just weird thing that I can't process in my mind thus why posting here for some help please!

*If I drive the car intown below 45MPH the check engine light doesn't seem to be reappearing.
*Battery is fairly new and the ground connections are solid.

Thanks everyone,
Cheers!

P0607 makes it sound like the wiring to the ECU is having problems, or the ECU just needs to be replaced.

I am getting codes P0028 P0420 P0031 and P0607

Parts were ordered online from Rock Auto, I think they were sold by US Works.

Yes I am leaning that way. How would I check the wiring connections?
