injector latency values between two different injector designs...
a few quick questions.....
1. What is the stock injector latency number for a 2004 Forester XT (same injector as STI Yellow tops) ? 2. If I switch from the old-style 850cc Helix Red Top Side feeds that my tune is currently for, and go to a modded yellow top flowing the same 850cc's, how much change can I assume will be needed on my tune aside from changing the injector latency values, because the flow scaling will be identical? 3. I can only assume that the injectors will obviously have different spray patterns and therefore will probably require a different tune across the fueling map, am I wrong? 4. I do have Wideband, and I will be watching it closely and tuning with only 12-13psi of boost for now, until I am confident in the fuel map....

modded yellows?..deschtwerks?
if they are modded stockers there is an excellent write up on them somewhere on here..search & they should pop up.. I would rather use the modded stockers than 850 red tops.. |
