Got mine in Salem!!
I just bought a 2005 impreza from Capitol Subaru in Salem. I have to say that the whole experience was pretty good overall. Len was my salesman and he was fantastic. I love my 05 impreza wagon and will be going back to them for my next subaru (WRX..... maybe?!?!?)

my brother used to work there and he says that place is filled with beuracratic BS in the management. when my mom went there to TRY to buy here 03 legacy GT, she got a lot of crap from the car salesman. i dont know what acutally went down, but it wasnt very pleasant. needless to say, everyone i know that has bought a suby, usually goes to CARR subaru in beaverton, or Lithia subaru in Oregon City. in 2003, i was looking for a new car, so i went to CARR subaru, they were going to get me in a 2003 2.5RS for under $15k, the payments would have been about $200 a month. i was amazed because i basically didnt have any credit history back then. if you are looking for a suby dealership job, go to lithia or carr. from what i hear, capitol is a cess pool.
EDIT: however, there has got to be a happy capitol customer out of all the ones they turn away. they just seemed a little too worried about the dollar and not customer satisfaction. my mom wont even get her oil changed there, she drives 30 miles to get it changed, and she only lives 2 miles form capitol subaru..... ~Josh~ |

I just bought my 2010 WRX from Capitol. Overall it was a great experience. I wasn't hassled or pressured and the process took about an hour total. I ended up paying $200 over invoice. Highly recommended. If you buy from Capitol talk to Thomas, he was great from start to finish.
