Does your work warrant a Fmic? Or you just want one just because? I'm just curious. I bought a used turboxs Fmic from an 04 sti model, and wasn't able to keep my fogs

Lol that's my neighbors archery target. Most people walking down our road think its real and freak out that they see a deer...obviously they are not country types.

This is when my car had the pro kit. No before pictures though, sorry. Wheels are 17x7 with a 225/45-17 just for reference.

EDIT: here's a couple more shots of it with the pro kit with 18's with 225/40-18

Front wheel gap:

(Sorry for all the photos, that's from when I first got her and she went through a lot of stages )

And one of how she sits not lowered 1" more in the rear than the prokit and almost 2" in the front

I must say on wrx struts I hate how the eibach's look...My rear end was like tucking and my front end still had like 3-4 fingers of wheel gap...My wrx now has sti struts I dont know if the drop is different when using the eibachs with these struts but my car sits even now like 1-2 fingers both front and rear

as most have said, turboXs works with fogs.
although i did have a slight issue where fitment on the pipes were very close to the foglight housing. my low car and low bumper pulled the pipes off the couplers when i hit a bad drive way at a gas station.

then i dunno why i got brake ducts later lol.

Thank you very much, I am tossing up a eibach pro/agx strut combo. Or just going with a decent set of coil overs and being done with it. My issues comes with the roads not being the best around here and I have a pretty steep entrance to my apartment complex.

*Edit* my car will be on 17x7's (i think they are 7" wide) off if an 08 wrx also, did you have any fender rubbing issues?

Idk I had them on my last Wrx stock struts and my rear was very low my front was as said around 3 or so fingers. This car I bought with sti struts n eibachs and it has a much dif stance more even. I doubt its on backwards the 04 sti comes with a dif stance stock then the bugeye so I'm sure the drop is just different since its dif from the start

No rubbing issues at all. I would say go with coilovers, for the price you will pay for the eibach/kyb set up you can get a decent set of coilovers. I too have bad roads were I live, but I have no problems with the BC's that I have now, they ride real nice.

A while back I bought a bunch of stuff from a guy getting away from subarus, among the stuff was a couple turbos, 2 sets of wheels, all of that is long gone. But I had Megan h-brace that needed some work. I decided today that I was going to fix it and put it on the car.

Here is what it looks like now:

First time ever welding aluminum:

Will gets pics of it on the car after dinner.
