joea99 Scooby Newbie Member#: 483823 Join Date: Mar 2018 Location: Stone Ridge, NY 12484	06 MT drive shaft Manual trans. Got a bad drive shaft. The U-joint at the first joint coming out of the trans is part way out. Scary. It seems like these joints are NOT serviceable, is that correct? The whole shaft must be replaced? Also, the "rear" drive shaft, is, in fact, "the drive shaft" (aka propeller?) and is a two piece unit with a center bearing? Am I likely to do OK with one from a salvage yard or better to bite the bullet and get a Dorman or something with replaceable joints?
