![]() I am following particular instructions from 'rob' that I believe to be effective and correct. Unfortunately he is on vacation right now, and isn't able to offer direct help for a few days. I have removed all of the unused wiring from the JDM harness and now am left with 4-5 pesky yellow wires (the important ones)
I will be merging the RS power control module wires, but following them in the JDM harness they lead to the Main Relay (I am assuming the pic below of the brown relay connector is for the Main Relay) and SMJ....Here are the wires I have in question and see if anyone can help me further with these...If not, I will just have to wait until rob becomes available again (I have time and room in the shop, and have everything layed out, so that is the urgency...if I have to wait for Rob I have to put all stuff into truck and move it, and then bring it back next week...eek!) Yellow wire 1 - Yellow/Green runs from the blue connector to the SMJ harness ONLY Yellow wire 2 - Yellow/Blue runs from Main Relay brown relay housing) to ECu where it splits into the 2 ECU pins and also goes to the SMJ Yellow wire 3 - Yellow/Red runs from Main Relay (brown relay housing) to SMJ, Test plug/check connector area, then boost control solenoid area where is splits again into 3...never goes to ECU Yellow wire 4 - Little solid yellow wire that runs from ECU (Plug B95 Pin 12 - switched +, ignition coil +, fuel pump relay +, diode) to SMJ harness then splits towards the JDM fusebox area where all the unused wires ran and was cut there Yellow wire 5 - This is the only yellow wire I cut at the ECU plug and it is (Plug B43 Pin 15 - Back-up power supply) Can anyone identify the yellow wire that is attached to the blue plug, or help me with where to go with these yellow wires. If I have messed something up, I can easily retrace and reattach the other end of any of the wires, but being they all ran to the JDM underdash area (where most everything was removed) I don't believe they retain their original location. Here is a pic for a little help...I can give more as needed. ![]()
