Default 06 STI DBW intake manifold w\ BRZ TB

Hey fellas!

Searching the internet for answers but so far no concrete evidence has been found.

I have an 06-07 STI DBW intake manifold and I would like to fit a DBW throttle body from a BRZ. The bolt pattern looks almost identical but I haven't been able to physically confirm.

Has anyone tried this and found a result? Does anyone maybe have a diagram confirming the bolt patterns?

Here is a picture of the intake manifold:

Thanks!

the brz bolt pattern is bigger , by just a little bit

choice 1 :

the intake manifold needs glued in screw in plugs in the bolt holes or weld them solid and then redrill to the brz bolt pattern , i made my own gasket but i think the brz one might work

port the intake manifold inlet to match the brz sizing

deal with the map sensor thing

choice 2 :

make an adapter spacer and the only way i saw to do that was make it at least an inch and a half thick or rotate the tb with a thinner adapter just to get the tb to clear the manifold

port the intake manifold inlet to the brz sizing

deal with map sensor

option #3 :

just use the stock tb or buy an alternative big tb kit and use the gears and cover from the brz tb because they all use the rivet on cover
