Yea, I don't miss the salt and snow of upstate NY. Having a wrapped car is also amazing for keeping it clean. I used to spend so much time polishing and obsessing on all my other cars. A wrap is so easy to maintain.

Cheers mate! Has been a few years of changing bit's and pieces to get it to where I'm happy with it! Water to air is custom made to my requirements by Plazmaman in Australia. It's a 1000hp pro series core 600x400 exchanger and 4l reservoir. They offer kits for stock location as well off the shelf. Making 590whp at present just waiting for my BNM ELH to arrive

ha.. yeah. this car is only pretty from far, though. every panel has a scratch or dent. i jus keep it sprayed off as much as i can, but it's never really clean till summer when it actually gets a wash / douching..

Got it for 80 off the classified forum. Looks and feels great.

Thanks, me too. Dealer ordered a grey one and painted it red when they got it. It was brand new and red from the dealer.

$80 isn't bad. I paid $30 for my shift knob.

This one: https://smhttp-ssl-46021.nexcesscdn....7.35.52_pm.png

And that's cool the dealer ordered a grey STi but painted it red. Wonder how many they did that to.

Nice! Iím not sure how many they made. I havenít been able to find any others. I think the paint is similar to San remo red but Iíve never been able to compare them side by side. My paint has a ton of metallic flake in it. I used to have original window sticker but canít find it. I did find this though.

$5k for the red paint job & exhaust. I guess there was a demand for it. I've only saw GR red STi's out in the real world lol

welp....that's all she wrote. Looks like its time to finally build the wrx. 150K rough miles on the original motor and she finally started showing signs of low compression. Now the motor is coming out for a full build and I can get away from the "stock" turbo to see what she can really make.

Here's my 2006 Impreza wagon. Bought it from a buddy of mine last year. It was an automatic but that went out earlier this year and I'm just about done manual swapping it. A friend of mine had an 06 sedan and the engine went out on her at almost the same time as my transmission went out and she decided to give me her car for parts!

yeah lots of fun memories and track/autoX events were had.

Yes the build list has started and is only growing. I'm planning to try and only have to build it once if I can. It's keeping the OG block and head cases so it will mostly be all original still....I mean even the trans is the OG case but PPG internals. Sadly that may have to go after the build is done.

Very Nice! She's clean. Really only has 57k miles?

What headlights are those? Were they plug & play? I know some people get them off eBay but didn't know if you did that and also have a brand name of yours. Any issues?

Yep all original miles!

The brand is Z moto. It has the provisions to move over your factory headlight levelers, which I did, the rest is plug and play. The quality is very impressive and the fitment is very good I didn't have any issues with them. I have a set of OEM JDM headlight housings I want to install at some point in the future to keep the car all genuine, but these are quite nice.

Here is a pic of the C - lights turned on via the running lights. My DRLs are disabled/unplugged.

Got a couple new bits on the car this weekend!

Optional STI shift knob, the now uber rare STI shift trim, and STI limited trim pieces.

I might be selling the limited interior trim pieces (darker gray) and going carbon fiber...

Nice!

The little holes where the STi Limited badge went annoyed me so I had a badge made for that spot.

Thanks WCLatheWerks
