Default ERZ Ebay Downpipe

Well i bought it, 4 days later I installed it and.........PERFECT fit. Perfect quality too. If anyone is looking for a cheaper dp, this is it. 02 sensor was a perfect fit, gaskets sealed and 200 miles on it so far with no problems. Sounds good also. I guess some ebay crap really isnt crap at all.

Yeah that's true. I got a TurboXS replica downpipe and racepipe for $179 from ebay. Everything fit nicely.

Well at the same time i had gone to the cobb stage 2 so of course. But I would assume yes. Its a big differnce between stage 1 and 2 with only the downpipe. Well worth the money if you ask me and from everything else i read about them, nobody has ever had problems.

I also purchased the ERZ up-pipe and downpipe from Ebay for $250. Had it on my car now for like 6 months no problems at all.

Do these pipes fit the 2.5 inch mid pipe at the donut or do you have to go with a 3 inch pipe to make it fit properly?
Thanks

I am assuming you are asking me. I searched Ebay and it doesnt look like anyone is selling them anymore. Guess wasnt enough trust in a replica downpipe.

I don't think the ERZ downpipe will fit the stock 2.5 mid pipe. The downpipe is a 3 inch. I have a greddy evo catback and the fit was perfect.

Sorry to bring this post back up, but couldnt find any info on the search. Does the ERZ downpipe connect directly to the stock catback??? REason Being, I have the ERZ and it doesnt look like it has that donut type seal on it. It just looks like a flat flange. Can anyone clarify this???

I do not see how it could match up. I have the erx downpipe attached to a 5zigen cat back and it fits..but thats 3 to 3. At the connection of these two it is just two regular flanges and gasket. I dont know how anyone would hook this up to a 2.5" catback. My suggestion would be to have a local shop make some custom parts for you.

It doesnt match up. but if you go to a muffler shop they can install a diff. flange on it for about 30.00 bucks..by the way brett did you do anything diff. with your A/C drain because it lays right against the downpipe?

I was searching Ebay for various parts for the suby. I found this and was wondering if anybody else has one and how satisfied are they with it?

This downpipe has been discussed before, so you can run a search on it if you want.

The consensus is that the downpipe is of pretty decent quality. You may have to work with it a little to get it to fit right, but the majority of the feedback that I have seen is positive.

However, from the accounts that I have read, their customer service sucks. So if you aren't satisfied with it, don't expect any help from their end.

Yup, product is okay. Don't use their gaskets and pray that you don't get one that was returned by another buyer that cross threaded the studs. Mine was.

You’re thinking of the up-pipe.

I got one, I dig it. Lined up fine, gaskets are crap use OEM. I header wrapped mine then coated with high-temp silicone spray… it’s a pretty sweet pipe for the price.

Stay away from their up-pipe on the other hand…

If you used OEM gaskets than it must not be a 3"?

Am I missing something?
