08 Forester 12.59 @ 115mph
Shouldn't I have a better e.t. with that mph? I think it's mostly from my 60ft times. They wont get better than a high 1.8 to 1.9.
I'm using the Utec's launch control set at 5500 with a nice clutch slip. No bogging, feels good out of the hole. Wow man badass! You can't post something like this without a mod list. That 60ft has a TON of room in it which will greatly help your et. Even then, 115mph is solid for low 12's-high 11's.

yes should be quicker than 12.59 with 115, but seat time is everything, these cars are not that easy to drag for the average person, could try to launch without LC. shifting might be a tad slow too
so was this run on meth, race gas or pump? |

Thats awesome. That thing hauls ass.

Good launch + good shifting = low low 12's , possibly high 11's. 115mph is enough to run 11's if you can hook it up. Thats just simply insane in a forster. Congrats man. Last edited by V6TurboTA; 08-09-2009 at 12:50 AM. |

I haven't been able to get the meth to work right, so I don't use it. The dyno charts are also without the meth. |

Driving needs a bit of work, your trap speed should actually be a bit higher as well with that setup and fuel. |

I think the times are on for the et, sometimes it just doesnt make sence, I got 127 at 11.9 a few times w/ my 24 psi map, then when I went more aggressive to 27psi, I went 124.5 @ 11.2 consistantly, you would think with 127 that would for sure be a 10 second pass, seeing 135's get mid 10's

88 mph in the 1/8 with a solid 60' is good for high 7's, which would put you right at 11.8-12.1 range. your 115 mph at the beams means it has enough top end to get you there.
work on your launch and improving your 60's and you're there. |
