Default Please Help, Kartboy Question

I'm installing kartboy right now and I'm confused on which way it goes. I read on scooby mod that the bend points to the back of the car. I'm not sure what that means.

<--- front of car _/ <--shifter 1

<--Front \_ 2

so which is right? number one or two.

I think #1 is right.. Otherwise the ball of the shifter (and your hand) would hit the dash when you shift into 1st, 3rd, 5th...

BZZZZZZT! Wrong answer.

click me

And all will be revealed

I installed a different shifter using the info off this page. They make a huge difference in shift feel.

I installed it like number 2. When I used number 1 the shifter gets really close to the radio area.

You should be able to see the letter H stamped on the plate facing out, the bend will go towards the drivers side
