So what intake would you guys recommend if the COBB is known for issues?

Cobb, grimmspeed or ets. Cobb issues are solved with a good tuner

This. All 3 are good choices, COBB issues are no longer COBB issues with the revised hanger and a reputable tuner.

if you want an intake, the three mentioned are the only ones i'd consider (i have the GS). i would ask your tuner which one they prefer as they'll be the one scaling the maf and doing the other tuning required.

I have had the ETS intake for almost 50,000 miles now. Its been great.

I took the stage 2 93 octane OTS map from Cobb, and adjusted the MAF scaling for the ETS intake.

Awesome I think I plan on ordering the ETS intake now too sounds like you cant have the intake box though if your running the ETS intercooler? oh well looking forward to order all this.

I wouldn't count out a PRL intake, either. A friend of mine had very good luck with his unit on his '15 WRX.

Any intake is fine if you scale for it, but lets be real here the best power to performance mod is flex fuel tuning.

I am about to order more parts. Looking at the Radium AOS kit, will that be out of the way with the ETS FMIC?
