Can I test it? I've fired at least 10k rounds through it without knowing there's a difference.

Id bet you have been mostly firing 223 through the rifle and not 5.56. There is a very slight difference in the chamber spec which can cause a 5.56 round fired through a .223 to have a spike in chamber pressure.

As far as your upper goes and markings. Read this. Look at the barrel part and compare to your rifle.

yeah 5.56 can actually (as far as reloading specs) be MUCH hotter than .223 it sounds really dumb but the difference in casings can add up to around 75-150fps more velocity which is a massive pressure difference believe it or not. and if you have a 223 chambered rifle the 556's shouldn't chamber in it. but stranger things have been known to happen...

Drill holes in a wood or composite board

sandwich between matress and box spring

insert handgun + maglight

cheap bedside holster

Can +P (high pressure) rounds be used in Glock19/HK P30/M&P 9mm? Or should I not bother?

You can but it doesnt really matter. Id suggest you use a good proven round like the Speer Gold Dot 124 grn or the Speer Gold Dot or Federal HST 147 grn round. I suggest the 147s if you can get them. They have better expansion and penetration.

Second gun? There's just one there. And there hasn't been a girl in that bed since...oh wait that's a new bed. There's never been a girl in that bed

The bolt goes all the way forward and leaves the next round in the mag. It essentially turned my AR into a bolt action rifle. Switching back to brass made the problem disappear.
might be that the rifle is having a tough time extracting the steel cased stuff. it might be short stroking because it doesn't have enough umph to extract and come back far enough to strip a new round off the mag.

The steel casings don't stretch like the brass stuff does, so it makes it much harder to extract than brass case.

Been floating around for awhile. Guy behind him either had a weapon failure or his finger hit the trigger
Not a big deal as they use blanks for just this reason!
