Default GM V6 with factory 4EAT?

Been a looonnggg time since I've used forums. I have been trying to find what it would take to run a GM 3800 with factory PCM in my 03 Fozzy with the 4eat. Anyone happen to know? I have a L67 and tons of parts from a totalled 98 Regal, and my Spouses 03 Fozzy is now fried from water pump going out.

Thanks in advance!
