Default Intermittent Start Up Problem (video)

Hey all new here! I was told that maybe I should post on this forum for a problem I am having on my 2004 Subaru Forester X (196,000 miles).

Anyway as the title say I having a intermittent (random) start up problem for about 3 months now. I cant seem to figure it out. No CEL. I have tried thigs my self and no luck. I have taken 3 different and recommend mechanics and also luck. The closest I have come to thinking it was fixed was when one mechanic said I had faulty connection to the ECU and that he re-secured it. That seemed to help for about 3 weeks until the start up problem came back. I checked the ECU yesterday all the wires seem secure and not tampered with. My best guess is that this mechanic did an idle relearn or ECU reset that temporarily helped.

My car randomly starts up then dies immediately. Only way to get it get going without it dying immediately is if I rev up for a bit. Once it stays on it runs a drives fine with the exception of a few times where I can feel a small shake when idling. Again there is no CEL or stored codes

Here is a list of the thing I (or the mechanics) have tried that didn't help with the problem.

-Fuel pressure test (everything check out)
-Changed spark plugs/wires
-Tested coil pack (checked out)
-Changed all the filters
-Spent hours looking for vacuum leaks (found nothing)
-No visible fuel leaks/smell of fuel
-Changed both O2 sensors (those did throw codes)
-Changed the cat converter (that also threw a code)
-Cleaned the throttle body
-Cleaned the IAC valve
-Did a fuel cleaner treatment
-Switched the premium gas for a few weeks (no difference in performance or efficiency)

Currently I have bought and OME IAC valve but haven't installed it yet. I am second guessing it and don't want to be cheated $340 if that isn't the problem. I can still return it for a full refund.

Help will be much appreciated.

I also attached a video I took of my problem. Towards the you should that it is me reving the car.
