Default 05' sti, are these how my sparkplugs are supposed to look?

I'm figuring out a misfire on cylinder one and I'm waiting to do a leak down test. The compression test came out ok, I replaced the spark plugs and changed the coil, but haven't checked the wiring yet, I still don't know how I'll do that. But, my sparkplugs after a couple of days it looks like this: https://i.imgur.com/8FnfjP4r.jpg
Am I running too rich?

The carbon on the threads is normal. Can you show more of the insulator and ground strap?

Where is the ground strap located?
I just switched injectors on Cylinder one and three, and I'm waiting to see what happens.

the ground strap is the part that curls around over the top of the electrode

Hmm. I swapped injectors and cleaned them a little and switched the ignition coils again. It seems like it stopped, the engine light didn't come back on. I'll keep on watching it
