What are you using it on? I've seen plenty of guys use Duplicolor Graphite High-Performance Wheel Paint with great results. Some folks primed their wheels, others didn't, and results across the board seem very good. I have a can that I bought at AutoZone. Between Checker, Advanced Auto Parts, and AutoZone, AutoZone had the largest selection of paints for automotive applications. Our Autozone is next door to an Ace Hardware. Ace has a great selection of all sorts of non-vehicle specific rattle cans. I recommend Krylon Fusion if you are painting plastic. Not sure if they have any metalic colors.

Also, another NASIOC member tipped me off to Rustoleum Metallic rattle cans for painting wheels. They are heavier on the metal flake, from what I understand. I have been looking into painting my wheels, and this particular NASIOCer used the Rustoleum Metallic Bronze, and his wheels looks great. Very Bronzey!

+1000 for Duplicolor Graphite Wheel paint (Or any Duplicolor Paint for that matter) And be sure to get the Duplicolor Wheel ClearCoat too.

They also make Bronze, Gold, Bright Silver, and I think I even saw Black once.

I just bought a can of duplicolor adonized (sp?) metalicolor smoke (gunmetal in lots of words) good for up to 500 degrees.... dunno what you are gonna paint though. I have also bought a can of graphite/gunmetal duplicolor wheel paint before to repaint a set of wheels.... +1 on the clear coat as well. Got both these products at my local advance auto parts store

It was at Autozone I believe. I'm kicking myself for not buying it on the spot. I haven't seen it since though
