News 6 Months to the 8th Annual 48hrs of Tristate

Just wanted to remind everyone the next 48hrs of Tri-state, the 8th Annual one will be Jan 15-18, 2009. Last year SOA matched what we raised which brought us to over $13,000!

I updated the website with some new info for 2009.

Its a weekend drive that spans the tristate area with meets, drives and hanging with 60+ of your favorite subie friends and raising $ at the same time. A few life long friendships have been built on this trip!

Thumbs up

6 months to go, guess that means it's time to put in for those days off now. This way I can make it to SOA this time (assuming we start out in that area).

We were chatting about it at the track this weekend. Seems it's going to be the same deal with different roads. SOA and SDC will be opening their doors to us on friday afaik.

Slim to none. Mostly cause everyone had a blast going to SOA, SDC, Bruce's Parent's B&B, and the Awards Dinner @ Marios, we are sorta constrained a bit as to going to Canadia.

Nothing is in stone just yet, other than Kickoff at SOA and lunch at SDC on Friday.

If we go as far as Vermont again- I can arrange some time with the guys who build Pastrana's car(Vermont Sports Car). Since they're Subaru guy's and SOA supports us, they may be able to pull some strings(let someone take you out for a few spins)? Who knows, that's also if we go toward Vermont after Lake George which is upto Paisan.

Yeah SOA has told me they can get us in up there, just not sure if it's viable distance-wise.
