We should create a formal tuner sticky.

I already gave Bren a shout out in this thread, but just to state how good I think he is I just came back from having my car tuned by him an hour ago. An 04 WRX, nothing stock, not an easy tune. And my drive home was in a car like I've never driven before, everything about it is perfect. Quiet as hell, pulls like mad, boosting perfectly. I'm telling you this guy knows his stuff yet he is down to earth and helpful.

I realize everyone has their "favorite" but if you are in the market for a tuner Bren should be at the top of your list. He is nothing short of a genius when it comes to tuning. Call him.

I'm sure Matt from DSG will still be able to tune your car, just not at DSG.

And Franz from KTR still makes his way up here every once in a while.

Yea, good luck with that...
Franz initially tuned my car (after he left KTR) and it was a bitch nailing him down long enough at one location to do it. His home base is now in VA.

Not a problem, I just have to look into the support available for the '13s!

13's easily tunable. You can generate a new XML based on the 12 defs and then there are just a few things that need to be modified. Assuming you are talking opensource.

Awesome! Great to hear I would be using OS. I took a quick look over at RR and it looks like some Definitions have been created for the 13's, which makes life easier. I'm just not sure what stock ROM they put on the current WRXs, we'll see!

Bren at brentune for sure. He did my 07 STI limited and I walked quite a few Subarus at the track that were tuned by other shops.

Seriously there are only 3 I'd hit up....in this order:

1) Bren
2) Wicked
3) Kazen

UNLESS Matt is free to tune.
