EGR Deletes finally There's no turning back beyond this point! Tune is required to run these moving forward, but I installed a few other goodies of course in addition to the EGR's!

I just installed the Perrin Cold Air Intake on my WRX!! I'd be thankful if my Nasioc friends if you have a moment, if you leave a quick comment on my Video! I've been working pretty hard on editing through these (5+ hours each of them) so if you have a moment - thank you in advance!!

It has been a VERY busy start to the summer late June / July months this year. I started the year off with two car shows, one I entered here in western Canada (The 780Tuners season opener.) I basically had a bunch of 'loose ends' on the WRX that needed addressed before I even felt the car was in any way presentable. Starting off I got the 3 year old 3M Film (basic) removed, as it had become faded and yellowed over the years. It looks awful. Got all new Suntek self healing film applied and it's SO much cleaner looking now.

DSC02694 by Spencer, on Flickr

Then began the fix to alot of electrical connections. I basically used all the included connectors/ plugs / taps / t-taps / vampire clips / male - female plugs etc. included in EVERYTHING on my front end. Switchback C Lights with the DRL harness, S4 switchback foglight bezels, and RGB demon eyes. Over 10 different connectors that over the years had just gotten loose. The physical plastics around the prongs inside of the connectors are 'wiggly' and so basically going over bumps would cause lights to flicker etc. It was as bad as you're probably imagining.

Hit 120,000kms this past week. Did an Oil Change. I think it's time for Trans + Diff again so taking the car to Draven Performance next weekend for them to do it (because I've done it 3 times now including my past Subie's and it's always been the least enjoyable maintenance for me.)

Winter is coming.. My Cooper tires are down to the wear indicator on the front driver side, and very close on the front passenger. Rear's are OK. I think this will be their last season and next year I might look into something else (either those Fire Hawks or Michelin.)

Added 4 more lights in the Garage and now I have 8. It's overkill

DSC06148 by SHPIXX, on Flickr

Washing the bugs... Still need to paint walls. Too lazy to move stuff.

DSC06138 by SHPIXX, on Flickr

The A7iii low light performance still blowing my mind...

Also got the chance to test some new Dashcams recently.. Viofo A129 IR (Which is aimed towards Taxi/ Ubers). Haven't had a chance to fully review footage yet but it's cool if you're an Uber driver. Basically the A129 but the rear camera can be mounted inside the front to face the rear with IR night-mode.

Demo'ing the new A119 V3 which is Quad HD+ 1600p resolution, GPS, CPL, Parking mode. It's pretty sleek and around $150 (and I think it comes with the CPL).

DSC06149 by SHPIXX, on Flickr

Also installed a bunch of fancy expensive titanium gold hardware in the engine bay. I anti-sized the f*ck of out everything Will report back how it holds for winter. Inb4 I can't get any bolts off in the future..

Woke up Sunday to the sound of a stuck car outside.. With a list of errands I had for the day I tossed the Winters on and drank my morning coffee

DSC06286 by SHPIXX, on Flickr

I knew the fronts were wearing down like this, but didn't realize the inside was as bad as it was. Alignment is at the top of the to-do list. That list never seems to end, just constantly grows

DSC06280 by SHPIXX, on Flickr

Had some fun driving in the snow, in total did 4 wheel changes on Sunday (family)...

Picked up a really awesome mount for the V3 Accessport and 2015+ WRX / STI's from Proclip (USA). Incredibly rigid and sturdy, clips on the edges and then tightens via. small screw. Perfect eye position too for driving / autox racing..

Installed the Diode Dynamics 6" Stage Series Light Bars in my WRX. They're awesome for early morning or late night drives through some of the back roads here in the Mountains (Alberta / Banff / Canmore etc.) I usually like to get up early 5am and head out to see sunrise so they're perfect!
