Default EBAY springs, the cheap ones, are they any good??

Hey guys, has anyone bought lowering springs on ebay before. I'm talking 'bout the inexpensive ones,

hotchkis springs
only $38.95!

My first choice is Eibach but what do you guys think of these?

Just for peace of mind, at least go with a reputable name. A company that has a proven history in the industry.

Eibach is, of course, a good choice.
H&R
Whiteline
Tein

There are others, but those just come off the top of my head.

More often than not, YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!

Hotchis is a very good company. Not sure how there springs are. There is someone on the board that has there springs.

I'd avoid those cheap unknown brand springs. You get what you pay for.

Get an alignment after installing springs.

Hotchis:
F:230lb/in
R:146lb/in

wow, thats a big difference. they have a very reputable name, but those rates are really far apart.

I am thinking about getting the Hotchkis springs. I have read good reviews of the springs. Plus they are linear rate spring.
