Thumbs down Kearny Mesa Subaru San Diego

Booooooooooooo!
First they tried RAPING me! I took it in for a diagnosis ($100) for my P0171 code (system too lean). Here's the bill (of BS) they tried to get me to sign off on:
Their list of repairs: (parts/labor)

Turbo partial tear down - $0.00/$260
-Gaskets required for tear down - $70/included above
Oil cooer o-ring - $7/$100
-Cleaner - $10/included above
EGT sensor - $85/$200
Turbo shield bolts - $1.50ea
Stub axle kit - $15/$260
RS ground effect - $257/$100
Radiator (new style) - $360/$180
-Pipe - $42/included above
-Hose - $5/included above
-Hose - $20/included above
-Pressure cap - $18/included above
-Elbow hose - $13/$200
-Tank to turbo hose - $10/included above
-Head to turbo cooling hose - $13/included above
-Coolant - $29/$2
Thermostat - $20/$100
Thermostat gasket - $7/included above
Air fuel ratio sensor - $200/$150
Alternator/PS belt -$27/$100
AC belt -$27/included above

How much of that has to with my code?
Took my car away from them after letting them do some stuff that was covered under my extended coverage.

Code never came back on after resetting my ECU, but I had serious hesitation problems and weird hissing noises going on. Did a visual inspection for vac leaks, came up with nothing. Took it back to Kearny since Garage GT was busy for the next couple days to get it looked at. They said bad turbo, and wanted to tear it down like the first visit, also said the BPV was bad, as well as the TMIC to TB hose. Replaced em all on my own. No change. Had Garage GT take a look, 2 seconds of peaking under the hood they said "leaking turbo inlet," go for it yourself if you wanna save a bundle, or we can do it. Took it to Subaru for a second opinion, the tech said "not possible, that would have zero to do with a lean code and hesitation."
Still confused, I did a few other things Kearny Mesa pointed to... at my wits end bought an inlet and low and behold..... MY CAR'S FIXED!!!!
So Kearny had my car 3-5 times, none of which came close to finding the real issue, all of which pointed to expencive parts and labor charges. Took it to Garage GT, seemed like they didn't even want my money, AND the pointed out the problem and were dead on.

Rant over, but I'm never ever taking my car to Kearny Mesa Subaru AGAIN! And I suggest you do the same.

This place really sucks ass. I tried to go there to order some Subaru Extra-S gear oil and they told me it doesn't exist because it's not in their system. Major fail. The service writer there is a major tool-bag.
