Attaching grill badge to mesh grill
OK, another question I ran a search on, but did not find my answer:
I want to go to Home Depot soon and buy some mesh to make a grill for my Impreza. When I do that, and repaint my grill badge red, how do I go about afixing the badge to a mesh grill? What's the best way? Thank you so much for your help. This forum is a godsend. Mark

Funny, I know I've seen pics of badges affixed to mesh grills. Buckbomb's blue RS comes to mind as one.

buckbomb has the stock grill, with mesh over the black, so he didn't chop off the black on his original grill, just a mesh covering it

I went to HomeBase and bought some gutter guard material and cut it out around the badge so you can have both. It looks Really good sorry I don't have any pics but check out www.azscooby.com go under the exterior mods section and there are some pics.
