265-35-18 will be ok with a plus 40 and some negative camber in the rear. You should not need to roll. Figure somewhere around -2 camber in the rear.

Have a 2019 WRX limited with 18" wheels.. looking at winter tire/wheel packages and noticed the base 2019 base has 17" wheels..

Would there be anything special other than going to a tire site and putting in that I have a base model 2019 WRX to get wheels that are 1" downsized and will fit? Does anyone know if 16" wheels will fit? I am looking for quick changes between seasons with no spacers or converters, speedometer programming or anything.

This is how the car currently sits, gonna order some broadway static coils to go lower and get some RacerX Ruca to dial out some rear negative camber.

Alright guys, I need some help. I just picked up some 18x9 +30 wheels for my 2015 WRX. They came with 225/40/18 tires & I want to replace them. I'm having trouble deciding on tire sizes. Car is going to be lowered on H&R springs (1.2 ish inches). Any recommendations?

I was thinking 245/40/18 but would prefer a meatier tire but would I need to add negative camber and roll fenders for that route?

Just got TE37SL 18x9.5 +40

I'm planning on running a michelin pilot 4S. I'm planning on getting rear LCAs from verus engineering. However, I'm not sure what my ride height is exactly, though it's definitely not that low.

I'd like to get a meaty tire. Does anyone know if I can run a 265/35 without needing a roll? I'd run a 275 if I could but I'm assuming that would be way too much tire...
In respect to the +40 wheel and 275 tire width, it's 2mm more in from the wheel - then after math, 8mm out from 265 tire surface given the same tire design. In my car the way it all fits, I maybe could make that work - but it would too close to the fenders... HOWEVER, you have the ability to camber more and run a spacer if you need to keep it off the spring and figure out the right combination. you just have to figure if you camber too much, you'll give up too much contact patch if the car doesn't roll over on to the tire when cornering.

The more I look, the more I want new wheels, but Idk which way to go lol. I love the aggressive meaty tire track set ups, but I feel like I want a little bling factor too. I just don't wanna slam my car, and I feel that's best to run something like Meisters. Much confuse.

Current set up. Maybe some new tires and a proper alignment will change my mind, but now Im looking at everything from Volks to SSR's.

For those eyeing these wheels: Konig Hypergram 18x9.5 +35 on 235/40/18 Federal 595 RS RRs (oversized cheater tire actual dimensions are closer to 245) no rubbing no fender roll and or pull. -2.2 Camber front -1.5 rear on Tein Flex Z coilovers
