Default Replacement fuel filler neck problem 2006

The Sprectra Premium FN669 replacement neck comes with welded points to mount bracket for the two breather lines. I am wondering if anyone knows for sure that the Liland global FNSUB02 comes with the bolt attaching the lines to the pipe bracket so you can remove the new ones and just attach the bracket with the original lines?

The issue is that my old lines are stainless and look fine -- and would have to be detached on the other side of wheel well to remove. Also a few Amazon reviewers mentioned the Sprectra Prem is much harder to place properly with the welded lines attached.. in addition to other difficulties.

I don't want to cut line bracket off and drill bolt hole in pipe bracket- if I can be sure the Liland Global has the removable bolt -- can't tell from crappy product picture. Any other advice would be appreciated - P0442 code so I suspect rusty filler neck/shut off valve to be problem. Thanks.

(PS I'm newbie so hope I posted this correctly) ...this is for 2006 impreza wagon 2.5i. Also do I need to release fuel pressure for this job?

Default Replacement filler neck comparison

Here is a pic showing the Sprectra Premium with the welded lines (black one on left) -- next to the stock filler neck on the car now, which has a bracket for the stainless lines attached to the filler neck with bolt (shiny bracket). Seems a tricky mod to the Sprectra Premium replacement pipe in order to install using the existing bracket/lines...
