Default Riding a bicycle without using your hands

I like to ride my bicycle to commute on, go to the library... . In the past few weeks I've been getting heckled by high school kids for riding no handed. Is riding without hands that difficult? I assume most anyone who can ride a bike can do it?

i can, but not well. also, i dont try and practice often, as falling over on a bike while clipped to the peddels is not a cool scenario.

They are saying, "I can ride a bicycle without no hands". I hear it every time I ride past the skateboard park near me.

I was really good at it with my my mountain bike but I can't do it for a damn on my new hybrid bike.

Maybe you need to bring a large sack of marbles with you to spill next time you go past the skate park.

Youtube-"Handlebars" by Flobots

It's the hook in a crappy song.

"I can ride my bike with no handlebars, no handlebars, no handlebars."

I can do it, and turn, without hands. I used to ride all the way to school this way. I don't do it so much now.

I used to ride my bike 5-10 miles a day when I was as teenager. No hands is easy.
