Default 2011 Subaru WRX STI Cranking But Not Starting

Im hoping to get some information that can help me out, i just pulled my motor and did my head gaskets on my 2011 STI, car ran perfect before the motor was pulled and only hit 210 when the head gaskets went (heads have been resurfaced for safety) just put the motor back in and the car cranks but will not start, it sounds like its not getting spark but the spark plugs are new and gapped (One step colder plugs) coil packs are all in the right spot, car is getting fuel and air. I checked everything over (grounds, timing, sensors, etc) and the car is not throwing any codes. The only thing that stands out is every couple times when i try and crank it when i let off the key the secondary air pump makes a very loud noise but it is all hooked up right. I know theres a lot it could be but just seeing if anyone can lead me in the right direction, here is a video of me cranking it and the noise the air pump makes is in it, thank you.

This sounds like you have the coil packs wires swapped.

I know everyone says white goes in front, black in back

but my car was down for about a month a few years ago with this same issue, and for me I had to put the black in front and white in back.

If your had the coil packs backwards. It would throw misfire codes. I also have the white in the back and it is a brand new engine harness. Mine starts and runs perfectly.

I would check your grounds. Five total on the car. Also check your engine harness ground. It is on the back of driver side TGV.

I would think if it was secondary air pump. You would throw a code for it.

I also have the same problem does any one have any suggestions on what to check ?
Recently rebuilt my engine and have no spark only cranks and I do have fuel even tried using starting fluid and still nothing
Hereís what Iíve done
-Ive checked timing and its good used the line to time the crank sprocket not the arrow
-Itís missing no teeth in the cranks sensor tone ring
-Replaced cam and cranks sensors with Ones off a running engine
-all 3 grounds are connected one at intake manifold on drivers side other at drivers cylinder head and the exhaust heat shield on passenger side
-All fuses are good all have power
Tried spare coil packs and nothing
-no active faults
Any one have any idea on what else I should look into
