Default Limp mode, but not

Not sure why my 03 with only 110k miles all of a sudden started having issues... but now I am having another issue with acceleration.

I push the gas, and my boost hits around 14-16 PSI (so the gauge says) and I can hear the turbo spool (sounds awesome), but the car will not go like it should.

If I give it more gas, it jerks really bad. This is happening about 30% of the time on acceleration.

I have not done any work on it recently, but here are my mods

-VF30 (100k miles)
-Pink injectors (100k)
-Divorced turboback
-Blowthrough MAF / FMIC
-Gutted up-pipe
-TurboXS Piggyback (protuned about 5 years ago)
-Just changed the oil about 500 miles ago (1 month) - same synthetic always used
-always run 91 octane (10% ethanol)

I cannot afford to fix it, so I drive it very gently.
Any ideas? Turbo going bad? Vacuum leak?

Appreciate the response ahead of time.

Check:
-plug gap
-Try swapping coil packs

Possibly a failing front o2, is there any check engine lights?

I meant to update my original post...

No CEL
No 02 sensory, I have a resistor fix to eliminate that CEL. When my car knocks, it will still flash CEL.

Going to do some datalogging and ill post.
