Someone on my facebook feed posted how he had an amazing night at as house while his parents are away for 2 weeks. He bragged about the beer consumed(way underage), sex that was had and how he still hides this from his parents. I did consider on copy/paste post to all the parents of the kids involved and ruin their lives.....

But I'm too nice for that.

But it irks me at times.

All the religious posts are annoying. Random bible versus, "Thanks jesus for my dog!", and "pray for me"! (Psst; your god isn't real...)

Also, politics. From both sides. I don't want to see your skewed graph showing biased data trying to make me think the other guy is more evil than the other.

Oh yah, and people with boring or bad lives that use Facebook to try to make themselves look like they have a great life. You know the ones; always tagging themselves at places, when you know they are at home in their single-wide.

Come to think of it, most people piss me off. I mostly just like the funny cat pictures.

I can not stand people who post drug/alcohol related pictures. Usually when they do it's like 15 pictures periodically over a hour.

Oh and the constant posting of music videos, song lyrics, and pretty much any other external link that doesn't include a woman undressing.

So, everyone hates social media for the foundation of what it is? Interesting.

I don't have FB

Most of my friends are responsible fb users, I had to shut off my step-sisters feed though.

Back story: got knocked up by a piece of **** who already had a kid with another girl he wasn't legally allowed to see. YOU ARE SURPRISED IT ENDED BADLY AND HE WAS CHEATING ON YOU SINCE BEFORE YOU EVEN HAD THE KID?

Just a constant stream of the dumb quotes. To which I just made annoying quips and pointed out logical fallacies until my step mom finally had to call and ask I leave her alone.

If your posts regularly include poor grammar, you'll disappear from the news feed.

Your/you're, there/they're/their, and apostrophe use are highly scrutinized.

In fairness to this, a lot of people use Facebook to share pics of their kids with close family who don't get to see the kids a lot. My wife does it. She used to use snapfish but nobody bothered looking, so she put them on facebook and our parents and aunts and uncles use it to see pics of the kids.

Don't get me friggin started on girls and pictures at the bar/club. When I used to go to the bar 4 nights a week, we went to drink and have a good time and pick up chicks. I never ever ever took a camera. These dumb broads seem to just go to the club JUST so they can get in photos to show people they were at the club. Judging by the number of photos, they spent more time posing and posting pictures on facebook than actually partaking in the activities associated with a bar/club.

Women who buy an expensive slr and lens, set camera on auto, throw watermarkings on photo and call themselves a photographer.

My aunt is notorious for this.

Grown adults that are in relationships having arguments via their wall. Can't count on 2 hands how many "friends" i've blocked over the years.

I live in the South so I have quite a few Bible thumping friends but this post stood out in my memory."God punished Heath Ledger because he played a gay man in "Brokeback Mtn.""

I get more Bible thumping posts from me extended family in Orange County than I do from people here. I guess that I'm more discerning in who I make acquaintance with now.

In all fairness, there was this crazy invention that surfaced decades before facebook. I hear it's called, wait let me make sure I have the spelling right, ..... emayle? ema... EMAIL. That's it.

If you're claiming that email is a better medium for sending/sharing photos than posting on Facebook, you're nuts.

It is, actually, since you can actually send the photos to people, and said people can save them or do whatever they like with them. It's no more difficult for the sender since attaching photos is required regardless of which medium you choose. But clearly you mean better for the recipient since they're basically forced to see them on facespace whether or not they choose to. As a side-effect, everyone else is forced to see them as well.

Lazy people problems.

My facebook page was created back in the good-ole days where it was University students only. Back then, photos and newsbits were actually informational and worthwhile to read: "Kappa Delta sorority social at 3pm, Greek Pool" This would be the trend from say age 18-22...Then my friends start to get married, have kids...now it's "OMG, im at Bed Bath and Beyond and I CANNOT figure out which shower curtain I want!?" and baby pictures galore.

I understand how Facebook wants to make sharing easier, but I think it's too easy now. For example, the biggest thing that pisses me off is that I'm now seeing content a stranger (to me) likes because they're mutual friends with (a friend). That's going too far I think because it's borderline spam at this point.

Still, the idiocy of many provides occasional entertainment so it's hard to leave sometimes.

*ding*

That and the immense amount of family drama some of my relatives discuss in public are enough to keep me there/laugh at for a bit.

I usually read them vicariously through you when you post.

Every time I think of dicmo, I think of him when he sold his STi to my roommate and had to leave because he had a World of Warcraft raid to attend.

Then I lol.

it goes both ways, and as annoying as you think a picture of my daughter is, the every night picture of yrou lunch/dinner/beer is THOUSANDS times more annoying. my family and friends are all over the country, and enjoy seeing a picture of my daughter. NOBODY gives a **** that you finally discovered that natty light is a ****ty beer and post about the new beer you buy every day.

Please tell me she doesn't concentrate on yacht racing photography.
Is she, by any chance, a psychic?

This goes double for those who use one of those distance loggers and post the results.

Stop that.
