What is the part below called and can it be bought separately? See where the red arrow is pointing...

Also, I notice condensation in the fog lights themselves. Normal?

I call it a fog light cover or bezel. The part number is H4517FA023 for the right side and H4517FA024 for the left side. I hope this helps.

yep and condensation is not necessarily a good thing

maybe remove the fog light, check for cracks/leaks
let it air out, dry... and reinstall.

Yeah, I figured that was not good. The previous owner had a minor front end fender bender and the bumper was fixed. The housing of the fog lights must have cracked a little. Gonna try to check it out this weekend. I'll be ordering that part from you probably tomorrow, Jamie.
