Question need help - fuel smell in cabin and engine bay

ok so the other day after a cold start (with maybe 45 seconds of warm-up time), i rev'd my car maybe a little too ethusiastically for somebody who wanted to hear it and after that i could smell gasoline coming through the vents... i opened the hood and it seems the smell is mostly coming from the passenger side. It still drives just fine but i get that smell whenever i'm sitting still.

is it possible that somehow I created a leak in the FPR or the injectors or feed lines or something?

what specifically should I suspect? does anybody have the page from the manual that tells the check procedure for such a symptom?
