PROCOM RACING, "TunedbyLou"
Just wanted to add my personal review and time spent at ProCom Racing.
Location would be: ProCom Racing 6A Executive Dr. Toms River, NJ 08755 (732) 503-4592 https://www.procomracing.com/ I had a couple options in terms of tuning shops around me especially shops that were way closer to me than over an hour away. But after conducting my extensive research about who will be taking care of my vehicle as well as making sure it will operate at the best potential it could have, I decided ProCom Racing to be those guys. These guys are something, else let me just start by stating that. Response times are literally less than a second. I've been in contact with Joe & Lou many times and they never fails to give me an answer within no more than a few seconds. Making appointments is a breeze and he just knows how to make the whole process of parts buying, options, tuning feel like it has been your hundredth time. Upon arrival if you are lucky you are greeted by a big pitbull named Jack, super friendly and he just welcomes you to the waiting area. Joe, who is usually at the desk, greets you and gets you set up for the days adventures. While waiting you can enjoy the video they have on and if your car is being dynoed you can also view the graph and numbers produced on the other screen displayed. Complimentary snacks and drinks are also offered. But lets talk actual car things. Car was put through a pre-dyno inspection (offered to every vehicle that goes in for a pro-tune) and put on the dyno as no issues were observed. Another cool feature is that ProCom Racing takes customer experience very seriously as they want you to have a completely enjoyable one. They have a window opening to the dyno so you can view your own vehicle! 10 out of 10 for that option. Car went through the protune with Lou, who knows how to spread the jelly, with flying colors. If any problems ever occured outside of the shop (very rare, and if it did happen it was always something minor) to the car. They were in constant contact with you to help you every step of the way. Experience of the Shop: 10/10 Customer Service: 10/10 Recommend to Friends? All of my friends are informed and will be going there in the near future.
