Default AWDtuning.com Thread (merged thread)

I figured this was a good idea, so here it is! Every single one of Keiths customers (from what i've seen at least) are all extremely pleased with his tuning capabilities. Now instead of each of us making a seperate thread we can just post in here with our pictures, praise, and stories.

so yeah, woohoo for Keith at awdtuning.com!

Keith has been working with me on getting my map setup for my turbo upgrade this weekend.

He's been nothing but the best of help, even with my annoying ass

2 Thumbs way up for Keith so far

We're remote tuning mine at the moment, but I'm hoping to make it up to his neck of the woods in the next month or so to let him finalize things on his own butt dyno.

I will check out the MILF's if I make it up there and confirm the truthiness of your statement

Until the poor guy makes a mistake or someone feels slighted and then this thread will turn into every other tuner thread (on TXIC).

I don't think he meant any harm - there is actually some truth to his statement though. I do my best to be as accurate and perform 'safe' powerful tunes, but there will always be someone out there that might may have a negative experience which may or may not be in my control. Just too many things to have foresight of.

Eric didn't mean any harm by it at all. He's just making a valid point that has been demonstrated too many times here in the ol' TXIC. So far your customer service has been top notch and you're passionate about what you do enough to continue that type of service. You'll be fine....

but good point Eric. Maybe TXIC will take this as a reminder to keep it in PM's and emails if anything happens like that in the future with any vendor / tuner / company. Air it out as a last resort, not a "I need to rant because this happened, half an hour ago to me, and for some reason __________ (fill in name here) hasn't replied to my 347574568 emails!" thread

So, the comment Eric made was less inappropriate than someone posting crap like you mention above?
