I go right about where the front diff drain is shown, part of why I use a 6" long 4x4 across the top of the jack pad, gives a little more clearance and is wood against the trans bottom.

And, as I stated before, if you leave the battery connected, be careful jacking the trans. Right about it being high enough is when the main starter power is close to the clutch master cylinder.
