Question Stolen Recovered 06 CGM STI from NJ[?] with IWSTI decal, whose is it?

Does anyone know someone who had a CGM 06 STI that was pretty much stock and had IWSTI and Colin McRae decals on the rear side windows? It was apparently stolen and the thieves took the interior, Brembos and BBS wheels and it was totaled. I believe it was from NJ, but I'm not too sure.

If you know this person, please PM me.

^ The owner should know, this car was totaled by the insurance company and not just recently found on the streets, to clarify things.

^ I'm wondering if the owner still has the keys to it.

I also posted this on the other forum, but no one knows. To clarify, this car was already processed and it was at a salvage yard. It's not the case where it was recently stolen and dumped there without police notification, as some people thought.

I added a pic to the original post, does anyone recognize those decals/car?

Is there anyone way to get the previous owner's information? Let me know if you guys know any methods. It would be awesome if I can get the keys and remotes from the previous owner if he still has them.

I posted it on IWSTI, but no one knows and I searched for stolen threads, but didn't see anything. I assumed if a person has those decals on his car, he would be an active participate on the forums.

Chances are if the car was totalled the keys/remotes were handed in with the paperwork for the payout.

Why not just get it towed to Subaru or have a tuner come to your home and reprogram a key for you? I know the ecutek software can do this so any ecutek tuner can reprogram a key for you. Not sure about open source and others.

^ Yea we'll probably end up doing that, but I was hoping I could find him so it's one less headache to worry about and less money to pay.
