Default Coil spring replacement HELP

Hi, I'm not expert in coilovers at all. I have OHLINS DVF on my 2013 gvb STI, the springs are 200mm x 65mm and rate is 9kg.(fronts). Can I replace the spring with a softer one? How do I convert the spring rate to compare with lbs. Like stock that is close to 300ft lbs...I think. If I can replace the spring, can it be any brand as long as the size is that? Where can I find a selection of springs? Sorry but I have no knowledge on this topic

You can just google the conversion” convert 9kg/mm to lbs/in” you can also find charts.

Yes obviously any spring that physical size will fit. The real size issue is what adjustment you have available in the shock to deal with the rate change. Too small a rate and you’re overdamped making it ride really rough to large a rate and you’re underdamped making the car bouncy. A dealer can tell you how much you can change before needing to revalue the damper.
