come on mcdade.. i know you can finance returning her to her glory by simply selling some of your bling . that green looks really tight w/ the 99+ bumper and goldish/yellow fogs.

Thanks for the compliments guys.

I got Tein S-Techs with KYB GR-2 struts in the front and stock struts in the rear.

Rollin on 18" Team Dynamic Motorsports originally silver. But some paint took car of that. No rubbing after Mr. Louisville helped me with that.

K Rock, your L looks very smooth! some sideskirts would round out the look very very well. If you have the cash laying around, painted mirrors, doorhandles, door trim, and a 99-01 RS bumper would make it drop dead gorgous. (P.S. Hands down is a fool. the wheels look great He doesn't seem to realize you have a 97 )

I don't plan on getting sideskirts (one of the main reasons is that I can't find any factory sideskirts, nor do I have the money). I am actually keeping the L front end because I'm going for the sleeper look . It'll be a while from now, but I'll have a black fmic hiding in that L front.

Yeah its a '97. IMO, 18's fill out the fenders quite nice. I am getting 17's too, with 225/40-17 on them, hopefully by the end of summer. Talk about grip. And don't no one tell me they won't fit, cause I'll makes 'em fit.

Here's a pic before I could say the phrase "Green for the money, Gold for the Honeys"

Definitely looks better, McDade. I washed and waxed my car yesterday, so I had to take a few new pictures. I swear dark green is the hardest color to capture on a camera... I've taken a bazillion pics of my car and I only have a few that I'm satisfied with.

Actually they're powedercoated, so I can't really give you an answer. Also, I'm not the person who had them powdercoated... you could PM FreeBMW if you want more details.

Thanks for the compliment... at first I was unsure about buying them, but now I love the combination

love the color!

but the wheels have got to dissapear...
maybe even the badge, according to the color wheel my 7th grade art teacher gave me the colors dont compliment eachother.

But the green looks badass.

just my .02
