Post up-pipe question

Hi,

I am sure this is a noob question, but I just want to make sure I have this right. A 2005 STi up-pipe is catless and will fit my 2003 WRX wagon correct? Thanks for the help. Oh yeah, I will not have to modify the heat shield at all right? Thanks

Cheers
