Default Bung for wiper reservoir?

Hi,
Just purchased a snow kit and I want to tap into my stock wiper reservoir because I have no room for the one provided.

Should I find a bung which is the same size as the bung in their reservoir (not sure of the size off hand) or just tap something smaller , closer to the size of the line which is 1/4"?

Just realized the obvious. Canít install a bung in factory reservoir. No way to get your hand inside to install it. Duh.

Made one mistake. I trimmed off all of the tabs on the back side of the tank. I should have trimmed the bottom 2 off and bent the last one 90 degrees so I could screw into the firewall. Might be able to 45 degree a screw in there still.

Use some of the E6000 they sent you and attache a right angle bracket on the firewall side.

The E6000 will not let loose.

You shouldn't need a bung in the reservoir. Tap it, and use the E6000. Useful info should you ever decide to relocate to the wiper area.

ETA - wow- this section moves slow. I see Im about 3 months too late.

What is it with the lack of meth users? I couldn't stand having a turbo car and being stuck to pump gas. I'd sell it.

Oh you know what I did basically just that. I took a small 90 bracket and wedged it between firewall and tank - not even attached to the tank in any way but the tank wants to push up against it. . On the other side itís just bolted through existing holes in area of shock tower with spacers. Itís very solid.

You can fit a hex head bulkhead fitting into the stock reservoir.
