Has anyone made any of the improvements from the 2018 WRX on theirs? I.E. pillar filled with insulation, better door seals, etc.

Also curious. After I fully sound deadened my 2016 with CLD, MLV and CCF, I can hear wind noise, so I wonder if 2018 door seals would help.

has anyone tried relocating the push to start button to the left of the steering wheel, using part # 83002C?

I think it helps. I really feel my 2018WRX is more quiet (mostly wind noise) than my former 2016 was with doors sound deadened.

I will do sound deadening again this September and install my audio system back.
This, plus putting back my Michelin PSS should give something relatively quiet

There' s no turning back now!! In combination with the EGR Deletes, I also did the TGV Deletes, (while we also Walnut Blasted and did all new spark plugs etc.) before the e-tuning process with Ron! The subie's feeling awesome!!

The best mods i did were definitely the "quality of life" mods. I added the arm rest extender, and it was 100% the best upgrade I did . Wasn't for performance, but made a difference every day.

Make sure that includes an ECU flash back to factory settings. That way if there was a tune, it's gone.

I'm looking forward to the Armrest Ext.

Another one that is great, that's not really about performance is the Perrin Shift Stop. So much better with that installed.

I just installed the Perrin Cold Air Intake on my WRX!! I'd be thankful if my Nasioc friends if you have a moment, if you leave a quick comment on my Video! I've been working pretty hard on editing through these (5+ hours each of them) so if you have a moment - thank you in advance!!

Not a 'mod' so to speak, but with the colder Fall weather fast approaching the temperature fluctuations / changes from night time to day time can cause changes in your tire pressures! PSA; Check your tire pressures (often)... I picked up this badass tire pressure gauge from Perrin and it makes checking and adjusting the pressures so easy.

I was thinking about purchasing the racecomp lowering springs that provide a 3/4 inch drop. Has anyone installed these and driven them in the New England winters? How is the ride height and clearance in the snow and etc? I would hate to deal with complications in the winter with ride height.

I had mine installed back in May, so I haven't experienced winter yet on them. Daily driving on pot hole infested NE roads isn't much different than stock. Definitely stiffer, but not uncomfortable. So, however your roads are now shouldn't feel much different for summer. we'll see how winter goes...
