Here is the before pic...

And yes we raked up the mess. I just could not find from the chest up.

The bear was given to a friend of mine two years ago by her husband.
They just finished their divorce last week and her birthday was well last night.
I had asked her what her birthday wish was since it was her first one alone and she was upset. She wanted to go bear hunting. And so we went.

Nice! I wish I had the stuff to load my own rounds, how much does that cost to get into?

for a high end press like a dillon 550 youre looking at probably 1k or so plus components... but you realize very quickly that it pays for itself

It's not really gouging because it is not a neccessity in short supply like food, water, gas, etc. If anything, it's actually the very thing we are trying to protect...freedom...which includes the freedom to charge anything one wants for something.

(I understand that in a long-term situation, one could argue it to be gouging as it could greatly hinder one's ability to defend themselves. In this current situation though, if someone has a $1000+ AR and doesn't have a mag worth of rounds on hand nor can afford spending $30 for a small self-defense stock of ammo, there is a greater issue to be dealt with.)

All of this said, I am eagerly awaiting things to normalize to where they were or lower.

Dayum, that's a bit spendy for me, haha. But then again probably worth it in the long run, like you mentioned.

I agree that people can charge whatever they want. But when this crisis ends I will remember the people that were selling stuff at rediculous prices. There still are places that were selling ammo and guns at normal prices and they will be the places I continue to shop at.

And what is great, is that you have the choice to do that...that is what makes the free market system work. We (Americans) need to teach big businesses and the government that the People are in charge--with our money and our votes.

But the problem with surging prices isn't just what businesses charge, but the people that pay it. When a company charges $15-20 for a box of XM193, and masses of poeple pay that, then that is its value and thus a fair price. The fair price of non-neccessity items is entirely determined by us, the buyers. All other factors--"the market," supply/demand, etc. are merely consequences of the buyers' actions.
