Post Pour soy sauce on me..... I want vinyl!

Has anybody done this to their car? My friend has a black PT Criuser and he just got black ghost flames on it. The vinyl is the just a shade off his paint and it has a different metallic pattern(larger flakes). It looks sweet. I have been wanting something simular for a while now, but I didn't know how it would look. I wanted the rally car decals but I didn't want it to be seen until up close. I guess they would be ghost decals. Does anybody have this on their Ru?

I was thinking about something like that, except that I wasn't actually thinking of doing it, just that it'd be cool looking.

At one time I was almost convinced by my uncle (a part time artist, fulltime wageslave at a plastics company) to let him design a few graphics schemes for my car. He wanted to do the calipers in electric blue and had a variety of graphics in mind.

I've changed my mind and decided just to let him paint my helmet in the offseason.

How does painting work on a helmet? My Simpson came with a warning saying never to put any paint or adhesives on it.

I assume that vinyl decals will be ok?
