Default rad fan tuning explanation

hello guys...please someone can explane to me what the above table on the picture is meaning?
i mean if i set all of theroblics in 5 km/h so it means the above that value the fans will come on it's max or it will not come at all?
what is the meaning of M0 max(-) M3 min....et cetera?

This is to allow a quicker warm-up, lower electrical draw, and lower noise when full fan speed is not needed. Do not disable hysteresis or you will have a fan click on and off repeatedly.
