I know this has been answered, but I cannot find it for the life of me:

18x10 et10 with 275/35, how will this fit with the flares?
Thanks

It will fit ok and really just ok, the tire is a bit taller than ideal and the wheel isn't quite wide enough. Go with an 18x10.5 +15 and either a 285 or 295/30 for best results

I can't find the wheel I like in the right size. What if I went with a 295/30 on the same wheel? Maybe a spacer if needed?

A 295 on a 10 inch wheel is just a tad too wife and will look a little off. What wheels are you looking at?

I'm looking at the rota rt5 18x10 et10 as a temp wheel until I can get the money to build some wheels for my BMW then the Subie

I'm not gonna tell you how to do your build but if I were you I would just hold off until you can get proper wheels and then do it. You can usually find a pretty cheap set of 18x10.5 rpf1s floating around in the classifieds

If you are looking for wheels on a budget, pick up some Enkei RPF1's in 18x10.5. Don't cheap out on the wheels if you are doing flares. You are either all in for this transformation or don't do it at all.

I'm not trying to cheap out, just want to do it before I get the car painted, and that's next month. I will eventually get a set built for it, but just need something to roll around on for the time being

You can get a brand new set of 18x10.5 +15 RPF1s for around $1400 or less.

Go with those honestly.

I really do not like the style of the rpf1. I really did not ask this question for criticism of my wheel choice, I was just curious on the size. I know a spaced wheel may not be your cup of tea, and it really is not mine either but I can not afford 2 sets of ccw's or any other built wheel right now. Thank you for answering my size question.

All we are saying is you can get a much better wheel for almost the same price in a size that will work perfectly with the flares.

No one is criticizing your choice of Rotas.

I do like the style of these wheels! I forgot all about those, if I do end up flaring it, I will probably go with these wheels

You will need at least 15-20mm spacers to run those with these flares.

I'm going to need a 5x114 to 5x100 adapter and those are usually 20mm. Problem solved

That's a lot of spacer lol. Do they not make any 5x100 wheels in 18x10.5?

Not sure, haven't looked into it too much. I'm still just pricing out a build, either going with a flared setup or finish my widebody e36 and leave the wrx stock body
